The Sorted For 7 app is all about saving you time, stress and effort when it comes to organising your clean, healthy, gluten free eating every 7 days! Every recipe is gluten, refined sugar, soy free, and tried and tested to guarantee delicious, healthy gluten free food that’s actually good for you!
The app works in conjunction with the Sorted For 7 website, to provide you with a full meal plan, clean eating recipes and a grocery shopping list, every 7 days. With the Sorted for 7 app, you simply head to the supermarket with your phone in hand and start shopping. No arduous meal planning or shopping list writing required... we make it easy and stress free for you!
Tick grocery items off on the app as you shop, and the items are automatically cleared into your app ‘cart’, moving them out of the way, so you can see clearly which items are still left on the list. Items on the grocery shopping list are organised into each area of the supermarket, saving you time by not having to ‘back-track’ around the supermarket aisles a million times!
As a Sorted For 7 member, you’ll receive a new weekly meal plan, recipes and grocery shopping list every Wednesday, to begin the following Monday, giving you time to shop for everything on the list. Meal plans are fully automated, including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and a morning and afternoon snack, so you have everything you need for the week to hand. No more having to stop off at the supermarket on the way home from work every day! The shopping list is automated to your pre-set number of serves, ensuring you only buy what you need for the week. No more food waste... so you’re helping to save the planet too!
With Sorted For 7 you can buy in bulk and simply tick off the items on your grocery list that you’ve already got in the pantry, saving you a tonne of money and frustrating ‘double ups’ in the pantry.
